ETHICS COMMITTEE
We ensure respect for the rights of people inside and outside the organization, including the promotion of democratic values, the ethical strengthening of civil society and good attitudes in the care of users, family members and companions in all programs,
considering them not only as recipients but also as active agents in the participation and management of services and their welfare.
The Social Intervention Ethics Committee of the FUNDEPSUR organization was established in 2014.
To ensure compliance, we have a common Code of Ethics for social intervention and we undergo various audits and quality systems for the projects and services we carry out.
The development of an increasingly complex society, in which individuals enjoy more freedom to decide on the way they want to live, forces us to reflect on ethical and moral aspects.
In this sense, the existence of bodies dedicated to deliberating on the most problematic issues is essential in order to guarantee the dignity of individuals, their well-being and respect for their autonomy and privacy.
